The only hotel with a secured parkin lot in the back of the hotel in a separate garage and not on the street with direct access to anybody. This was a major plus and actually the main reason why I booked this hotel! My car was full of stuff and I had to have a secured parking where nobody else except the hotel guests have access. Otherwise the hotel had everything I expected, but not from a 5 star hotel but maybe a 4 star hotel.

The staff were all fabulous. The front desk clerks, Alfonzo at the bar, the bell persons, the restaurant staff, top notch professional. Give them all a raise. The bed was a cloud from Heaven but there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. love the hygienic amenities. All around a much needed five star night.

It was a bit lacking as they had barriers up around the buffet due to the lockdown in Mexico. However, I was also hoping to have the option of the M club. I guess most of my issues can be left due to covid.

The Overall Service. all the staff was always very helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient for my trip. food and cleanness for all the areas was important to me and they were great.
